Swiss Food Import Startup – Flour & Baking Mixes

We are a fast-growing startup importing premium Swiss flour and baking mixes to Colorado, USA. Our company has secured a warehouse in Castle Rock, CO, and we are looking for a reliable Part-Time Warehouse Associate to help us manage incoming shipments and support our expansion across the United States.

This role includes warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, customer support, and commission-based outreach to new distribution partners. If you love food logistics, startup energy, and flexible work, this could be a great fit!

 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments imported from Switzerland
• Store, label, and organize products in our Castle Rock warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping (including repackaging if needed)
• Communicate professionally with customers and wholesale prospects
• Reach out to potential sales and distribution partners (commission opportunity)
• Support customer service via email or phone
• Contribute to process improvements as the business grows

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Valid driver’s license (personal vehicle a plus)
• Able to lift and move boxes (moderate weight)
• Organized and self-motivated work style
• Comfort working independently in a small warehouse
• Legal authorization to work in the US

 

Job Details

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 4–8 hours per week to start (expected to increase as we scale)
• Schedule: Flexible part-time
• Location: Castle Rock, CO warehouse + partial work-from-home
• Start Date: January 1st
• Contract Type: Long-term part-time employment
• Commission: Paid for successful new partner acquisitions
